We will take a morning walking tour at the Natural History Museum with their horticulture department, followed by a demonstration with Eden Batki who will show us how to use heart healthy crops for easy-to-make juices. Folks will be provided with a free juicer to make their own heart healthy juices at home!This program is free and open to all who are interested in senior health concerns and ways to learn about and incorporate California specialty crop blocks into our daily lives.Be sure to RSVP as there is limited capacity!
